Step-This-Way Application Process

Documents needed :

1. Resume with recent photo.
2. Scan of your photo page of passport.
3. Scan of degree and official record of transcript.
4. TEFL/TESOL certificate (if you have).

When all the documents are received :

1. We will Examine the documents.
2. Please inform us your starting date to work with us, then we will match your qualification with the school in Thailand for you.
3. The company will make a plan for you to travel to Thailand for meeting us, either at Chiangmai Province Airport or Suvarnnabhumi Airport (Bangkok).
4. We take you to stay at the headquarters in Sukhothai province to do the contract, introduce a school you have to teach and give you more info in-need.
